I recently brought my Suburban to this dealership due to an unusual sound coming from the rear end. After a week of waiting, they diagnosed the issue as a compressor problem, and I proceeded with the repair, which I paid for in full. DO NOT GO HERE! They do not appreciate a customer’s time and money and used car sales or service. The latest service appointment that I went to I had an appointment at 12:30 PM and left at 6 PM to which the advisor tried to overcharge me.

My advisor isn’t organized,the agent quoted one price when the agent found out I had repair insurance my bill went up, also didn’t return calls or few text messages. When I picked up my car I was speaking with the manager about the bill the advisor never came into the office to see if everything was ok or did I need any assistance

I ordered a tire 1/02/25 I was told it would be there within the hour . Came back end of day still tire . Came back the next day no tire. I called I either was hung up on or no answers the phone . Long story short I got a refund I will not be getting my car serviced from there again. Not worth my time .

Took my car in for heater repair just prior to Halloween. I still do not have it back. The dealership is trying to keep my equity of my truck that I traded in. Trying to charge me a restock fee of a car deal that didn’t go through due to finance mistake on their part which voided the car I was suppose to buy but once I return the car the dealership wants to keep my equity in my traded car. I had a terrible experience at my last appointment. Scheduled for an oil change at 9;30 am and didn't get pout of the shop until 2:30 pm. The employees that received the vehicles did all they could do, however seems like the mechanics was extremely slow getting tasks done. I think it should have taken no more than 2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. That's considering other tasks they were performing! Very disappointed former customer!!!

I had a job done for bouncing my tires. She let me know it would be within an hour time waited for 3 1/2 hours.

My experience here was terrible. I arrived at 7am for an oil change, to have my check engine light diagnosed, and to have my transmission inspected. The oil was changed and the technician was checking to see if they had the part to fix the cause of the check engine light at 9:30am, when my friend arrived to pick me up. I hope to never have to go back there again. To say that the service was atrocious would be kind. 6 day wait to reset a sensor, for $457 plus $250 for a rental car since Steve Rayman couldn't provide a courtesy vehicle. Stay away from Steve Rayman in Smyrna!!!

Poor customer service.. Received service and I had to return twice. Once because my oil light wasn't reset and second my fluid was not top off. Brake fluid was low. Another visit purchase tires and they put the wrong tires on my vehicle without asking me did I want that brand after I told the rep what brand I wanted.

The waiting area is terribly dirty and outdated. The service staff is hardly ever in their offices and they don’t even wash your car or put mats and paper over the seats.

Jennifer Burton, Service Advisor was very helpful, courteous, and professional. She assisted me in utilizing my Chevrolet credits and was very helpful in explaining the level of services provided to my car and potential and anticipated services required in the next 4 to 6 months.

Not a good experience. Called and said car was completed. It was not the case. I had to wait an hour and half for a “completed” car. Then got stuck with a $400 bill for an oil change.

They had my car 2 days without telling me they were keeping it over night, They dropped off my vehicle & left it in a reserved spot & got me ticketed. There was no paperwork dropped off with my car so I have no idea what or if anything was done to my vehicle at all. This has been a terrible process to get these issues resolved.

The mechanic didn’t do what I asked he suggest something and did it without notifying me. When I got home my car never started back up. I went to the auto part store and purchased the part I originally asked Steve Rayman Chevrolet for and installed it myself with a YouTube video and I realized I paid Chevrolet over 1500 for an oil change and an extra key.

Great experience. Traveling through North Georgia I developed an oil leak. When I arrived I was quickly greeted by Tyler. They quickly started looking for the cause.
