Since 2020, service has gone down. Last time there three people waiting - you had 3 employees come out and asked if we been served. Answer NO, they said ok someone will be with you shortly, but they did not help - so why three people ask and can do nothing - frustrating and pointless. Looked like one person working. One of the three said there are three advisers we only saw one working.

Great job. Sloan was great communicating with me and keeping me informed, helped me get a rental, and after the part from GM arrived my vehcile was repaired quickly.
I traveled over six hours to purchase a vehicle after being provided a written deal sheet. Upon arrival, the terms of the deal were materially different from what was presented beforehand. After leaving and returning, the dealership adjusted the numbers but still required a $5,000 “Advantage” package, which they stated could not be removed. As an out-of-state buyer, I was informed that this package was not usable, yet I was still required to pay for it.

I've always had good experiences with Steve Rayman - being and service - until my last servicing. So far, the repairs have been good but the dealing with my service advisor was horrible. You know repairs at a dealership with be more expensive but you expect them to be honest and knowledgeable. Aside from the fact that my vehicle was kept for a week, my service advisor not only gave me misinformation he also lied about the events. I bought a used car put 12k down and received horrible service in regards to communication, registration, and overall delinquency. I was on the market to buy a new car after I crashed my previous on. I recently brought my vehicle in for a battery check and the process was handled with ease. I had to leave my vehicle overnight and my service advisor, Ethan, took great care of me and offered me an Uber back to my residence. The battery replacement was completed on the following day and I was back on my way. Steve Rayman Chevrolet is clicking on all cylinders with their customer service!

I purchased a car from this dealership in July and was told I would receive a six-month warranty. Julian, the salesperson, assured me that I could visit any Car Bravo dealership for service if needed. When I tried to do so, the other dealership had no record of this warranty.

From the very beginning, the sales staff pressured me heavily while repeatedly claiming "we aren't high pressure" during my test drive. As for the dealership, they are awful. Now my salesman was fantastic, he had to bend over backwards to get this sale completed. I purchased a 2022 Colorado for over $25,000.00 and Myron Parker my salesman had to fight daily for the other people at the dealership to do their jobs. Management there seems none existent. Used car sales. Service & Detail. I could write a book on how bad they are. Maybe if they promoted Myron to a manager position he could show them how to treat their customers.

I recently purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu here 2 months ago. It has been in the shop 3 times in my city which is 2 hours away from the dealership. I have called, emailed, and texted for 3 weeks now for assistance with this issue, and to obtain warranty information, and no one has contacted me. It amazes me how you drive on the lot, and you have more than enough attention and assistance. But once the sale ia final, you are no longer priority. I would highly recommend purchasing a car local rather than miles away from home.
Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Our sales rep, Camille was diligent and fair for getting us the vehicle we wanted at a fair price.

THESE GUYS ARE AWFUL. The service director Daniel Carcione is the epitome of a sleezy car guy. They give you the runaround and don't answer calls or respond to emails, damage your car while it is there, then charge you for things you specifically told them not to do and for things they didn't even tell you they were going to do. They are the WORST.
I bought the car in December of 2024. It’s now May of 2025 and still no tag. They sold me a car that had a lien from the previous owners and avoided my calls. The salesman even tried to act like a different person when I would reach out to her. I would not recommend this place to anyone with good values. We were unable to get insurance and use the car that I was stuck paying for. Please do not do business with the people at Steve Rayman.
Paid for 2 different warranty and when got my paperwork then switched it .and now want own up either warranty, I filed several complaints with chevy headquarters never heard back from them.called them many times they transfer me many times and want call back. I recently brought my Suburban to this dealership due to an unusual sound coming from the rear end. After a week of waiting, they diagnosed the issue as a compressor problem, and I proceeded with the repair, which I paid for in full. DO NOT GO HERE! They do not appreciate a customer’s time and money and used car sales or service. The latest service appointment that I went to I had an appointment at 12:30 PM and left at 6 PM to which the advisor tried to overcharge me.

They were every professional, kept me updated promptly, and did great work. When I needed a ride to enterprise they got me an Uber very quickly.

My advisor isn’t organized,the agent quoted one price when the agent found out I had repair insurance my bill went up, also didn’t return calls or few text messages. When I picked up my car I was speaking with the manager about the bill the advisor never came into the office to see if everything was ok or did I need any assistance
I ordered a tire 1/02/25 I was told it would be there within the hour . Came back end of day still tire . Came back the next day no tire. I called I either was hung up on or no answers the phone . Long story short I got a refund I will not be getting my car serviced from there again. Not worth my time .

The dealership is trying to keep my equity of my truck that I traded in. Trying to charge me a restock fee of a car deal that didn’t go through due to finance mistake on their part which voided the car I was suppose to buy but once I return the car the dealership wants to keep my equity in my traded car. I had a terrible experience at my last appointment. Scheduled for an oil change at 9;30 am and didn't get pout of the shop until 2:30 pm. The employees that received the vehicles did all they could do, however seems like the mechanics was extremely slow getting tasks done. I think it should have taken no more than 2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. That's considering other tasks they were performing! Very disappointed former customer!!!
Employees are well experienced in what they were doing. They took excellent care of me.

My experience here was terrible. I arrived at 7am for an oil change, to have my check engine light diagnosed, and to have my transmission inspected. The oil was changed and the technician was checking to see if they had the part to fix the cause of the check engine light at 9:30am, when my friend arrived to pick me up. I hope to never have to go back there again. To say that the service was atrocious would be kind. 6 day wait to reset a sensor, for $457 plus $250 for a rental car since Steve Rayman couldn't provide a courtesy vehicle. Stay away from Steve Rayman in Smyrna!!!

Poor customer service.. Received service and I had to return twice. Once because my oil light wasn't reset and second my fluid was not top off. Brake fluid was low. Another visit purchase tires and they put the wrong tires on my vehicle without asking me did I want that brand after I told the rep what brand I wanted.
