Unless otherwise expressly stated in a vehicle-specific offer, the advertised price shown for a vehicle is the price at which Dealer will sell the vehicle to any retail buyer for the vehicle as advertised and equipped. Advertised price includes all non-government charges imposed by
Dealer and all dealer-imposed mandatory charges for the vehicle as advertised, including Dealer’s $995 dealer documentary/administrative fee, Dealer’s $159 electronic filing/registration service fee, if charged by Dealer and not a governmental pass-through charge, and any required dealer documentation, processing, preparation, dealer-installed equipment, dealer-installed accessories, destination/dealer-preparation charges, additional dealer markup, or similar dealer charges required to purchase the vehicle at the advertised price. Advertised price excludes only TAVT, tax, title, tag, registration, license, and other official governmental charges required by law, which will be calculated and added at the time of sale. New vehicle pricing may include manufacturer incentives, rebates, or offers available to all buyers. Limited or conditional incentives, including loyalty, conquest, military, college graduate, first responder, residency, or financing-specific incentives, are not included in the advertised price unless expressly identified in the specific offer, and may affect the final price if the customer does not qualify. Advertised price is not conditioned on dealer-arranged financing, trade-in, down payment, or purchase or lease of any optional product or service. Optional products or services selected by the customer after presentation of the advertised price are not included in the advertised price and are not required to purchase the vehicle at the advertised price. Dealer-installed accessories or services already installed on or required for the vehicle as advertised are included in the advertised price. Optional accessories or services selected by the customer after presentation of the advertised price will be separately itemized if selected and are not required to purchase the vehicle at the advertised price.
